All about scopes – Part 2. Mounting a scope is easy! Four easy steps to scoping an air rifle.

Part 2 of a 3-part series that I wrote because many people don't know how to select, mount or properly use a scope. Part 1 is about scope terms and how to choose a scope. Part 2 shows you how to mount a scope (I also made a subsequentvideo on scope mounting). Part 3 gives you the info to quickly and easily sight-in your scope. You might find it interesting to know that sighting-in a scope is one of the most-asked questions I get. Don't make it harder than it is! Another scope-related article is, "What does AO mean?" Plus, there are some special issues for some guns and scope. I address those in this article about scope shift and barrel droop.

Airgun calibers

What could be so complex about smallbore airgun calibers that I've have to write a treatise on them? As I like to say, "You don't know what you don't know." Lots of people select .177 caliber because they think it's the most accurate or because it delivers the highest velocity. But it's not perfect for every use. Let me help you find the right caliber for YOUR use!
